ABOUT "LOCKOUT" CONDOS....
The condo units at Sandpiper Village I in Princeville are called "lockout"condos because they were designed and built as really two condos in one. There are two outside entrances on the entry landing with one entrance leading to a large bedroom suite with private bath and lanai; this is our studio (approx. 300 s/f). The other entrance leads to a much larger living space (approx. 900 s/f) which is our 2 bdroom 2 bath.  It has a full kitchen, a living room, dining area, large private lanai (approx. 175 s/f), a large master bedroom suite and bath, and a loft bedroom with full bath (this unit is the only rental unit at Sandpiper that has a full bath in the loft).  Both units can be rented separately or combined into a three bedroom three bath. There are ocean views from the 2 bdrm lanai, master bedroom and loft bedroom.

ABOUT OUR SANDPIPER CONDO....
We purchased Sandpiper #234 in late 2002 and completed a major renovation in 2005 which took us about six months. All carpeted floors of the condo were removed and replaced with ceramic tile. Originally there were 2-1/2 baths, and the half bath was upgraded to a full bath during our renovation.  All three baths now have large porcelain tiled showers, with the kitchen counter and master bath vanity tops tiled as well. All the kitchen appliances and lighting and plumbing fixtures were replaced with new ones. All the ceiling areas were filled with 3-1/2" fiberglas insulation and covered with 2-ply bamboo sheeting. Along with fresh paint throughout, all electrical outlets and switches have been replaced and additional outlets added. PAYMENT POLICY

I can accept PayPal, personal checks and money orders.

For stays of less than seven nights or less than $500 total charges, payment in full is required at the time the reservation is confirmed

For stays of seven nights or longer and more than $500 total charges, payment of 1/2 of the full rental amount is required at the time the reservation is confirmed with the balance due 45 days prior to your arrival date


CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are made in full, less a $150 administrative fee, for any reservation cancelled more than 60 days from your arrival date.

For reservations cancelled within 60 days of your arrival, refunds of 75% will be made only for those days that are rebooked. All efforts will be made to rebook

RENTAL DISCOUNTS

Discounted rental rates are offered based on length of stay of 7 nights or longer.  For more information about these discounts, please contact owner at
