POLICY
I can accept VISA, MASTERCARD, personal checks and money orders.
For stays of less than seven
nights or less than $500 total charges, payment in full is required at the time the reservation is confirmed
For
stays of seven nights or longer and more than $500 total charges, payment of 1/2 of the full rental amount is required
at the time the reservation is confirmed with the balance due 45 days prior to your arrival date
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Refunds are made in full, less a $150 administrative fee, for any reservation cancelled more than 60 days
from your arrival date.
For reservations cancelled within 60 days of your arrival, refunds of 90% will be made
only for those days that are rebooked. All efforts will be made to rebook.
RENTAL DISCOUNTS
Discounted rental rates are offered based on length of stay of 7 nights or longer. For more information about these
